Manages assigned accounts which require working with legal representation. Makes arrangements with attorneys to secure payment on accounts when litigation and or legal action is involved. Determines when legal efforts are exhausted and when other avenues of revenue should be considered. Conducts scheduled follow ups with attorneys or court clerk staff in order to obtain appropriate payment.
Reviews files and conducts scheduled follow ups.
