The HR Manager leads a team responsible for supporting the organization with regard to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and recruitment and Affirmative Action Compliance. Manages HRIS/ATS data entry/approvals, administration and data integrity audits and documentation. Manages the LMS for HR; designs and facilitates employee and manager soft skills and system training. Responsible for vendor management and special projects as assigned.
